Callistephus (Chinese asters)

Janie BJanie B Posts: 963
I have grown lots of these from seed, first time. Have planted some in cutting (raised) bed. Just wondering, if I'm to pot them up (with a view to plonking them in the borders to add colour for my son's August wedding as per a suggestion on here), what size pots should I pot them into? And how many to a pot? Many thanks.

I've not grown them in years, but I used to prick them out into modules (the type they use for bedding plants in garden centres/supermarkets), then plant them out when big enough. 1 plant per module.
I recall they often got mildew so try and make sure that watering if needed is consistent.
I did grow aster duchess blue ice a couple of years ago it was lovely
