Could anyone ID this plant in my mum’s yard?

    Looks like an Ash tree  Fraxinus excelsior

    Has it been cut back several times?

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Is that all?!  We had two huge ones when we came here ... now only one (and it's male) but we still keep pulling out the seedlings  :/

    Not easy to get rid of. They grow so fast and bushy when chopped.
