Star jasmine with spots and faded leaves

Recently planted star Jasmine is getting holes, brown patches on some leaves, others are turning red to brown. In sunny spot. Any ideas on what's wrong and how to treat?

The damage has almost certainly been caused by wind blowing the stems around.
My only advice would be to free the stems from the stapled ties and attach them to whatever it's going to grow against.
Keep it watered in the summer to help prevent scale insects
They're lovely plants and when the flowers open the evening scent is wonderful
