A tale of two courgettes

Same seeds, exact same everything all along the way and both doing well in raised bed until recently. We now have one doing ok (I hope!) the other not so much although it does have a very tiny courgette coming. Would anyone know why?

@Heartinthedirt , which type of courgettes are yours? I am trying to trace a variety that I bought 2 years ago, with prickly leaves and stems and light-green fruit, which look similar to yours.
    Thanks.
