Mini Clematis

GardenerSuzeGardenerSuze Posts: 5,692
Spotted at the Garden Centre today, three clematis, new to me. C Darcy, C Filigree and C Bijou.  I just wondered if anyone has given them a try. Suitable for a hanging basket. The flowers did look beautiful.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

@Silversurfer Thankyou for your photo I have never been able to grow them because of my clay soil.  Now is my chance.
@MrsBeeKeeper What a lovely photo the flowers work well with the windmill. I was surprised you have managed to split it, not something you think of with clematis.  It looks like a very special place for fairies, I am sure they are very happy.

Thank you for you this thread. I didn't know hanging basket clematis were a thing!
