Fungus?

Are these little fungus growing with my seedlings?
If not, what are they? And should I worry?

    @pfp.098R4-Ie_e3 When you say fungus guess you mean mushrooms? If so I don't think I would be too concerned. 
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Yes they’re just the fruiting bodies of some mycelium in the compost … it’s breaking down the organic matter into a form that’s accessible to the roots of your plants. All part of the natural cycle and nothing to worry about. 😊

    I think it is important to say fungus and not mushrooms as the latter seems to tell us that it ok to eat them whilst the genera of fungi does hopefully make us think more carefully.
