@Fairygirl I got all this for £11.50! I felt like I was robbing them!

@Latimer A bargain.I am growing plants for our Garden Club It is a fifty fifty split. It has worked well for years but because of the price of compost and the time taken to water etc, not sure if I would be better off saving the water for my own pots.
They do look good grown with love.

@GardenerSuze It was the best plant buying experience I've had. Everyone was so enthusiastic, I showed them photos of my garden, they were making suggestions and giving me plants to look at. It was great 😊
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

@Latimer My friend opens her garden for the NGS and I help her on the plant stall. She grows some amazing plants. I have seen people rush along the road to get there as it opens, then make a dash for the plant stall.
I have met some amazing people over the years and shared lots of gardening ideas. There have been times when it has been so busy I would return home with my head spinning! The great thing is these plants grow well locally and have less of a carbon footprint than the local GC's. Locals also drop off plastic pots at the gate to be reused.
Other friends raised a total of £12,000 over the years for the NGS, money goes to some amazing charities.
