Apple tree problems

Hi just wondering if anyone could identify what’s wrong with my Apple tree please? It’s been happening for a few years now, this year seems to be slightly better but it’s started happening again. It’s starts with the top leaves and end of branch leaves drying up, curling up then turning brown, it then seems to travel down the branch. The tree does now look happy and healthy, more wilted and sad.
