What problems do I have?

Its my first time growing vegetables. My hestia dwarf beans leaves are getting like below. What is the problem and solution if any. Big thanks in advance for any help

I don't grow beans of any kind [yuk!] but what does the rest of the plant look like? How and where are you growing them?
It's normal for any plant, including veg, to have some rubbishy leaves, especially lower down, as the plant grows. It isn't necessarily a problem.
Peas do the same, just as the ornamental sweet peas do.

Did you just plant them out? If so that could well just be sunburn.

@skandi 👍 I was thinking that the leaves look sunburned. If the plants have been growing inside in sheltered conditions and now are outside in bright sunshine without being really hardened off, that’s probably what’s happened.

Or if the plants are still indoors in an unshaded greenhouse or conservatory and getting a strong dose of bright sunlight through the glass, that can also cause sunburn to tender leaves.

If the new leaves that are appearing now are ok I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Just remember next year to protect tender new leaves from strong sunlight through glass, improve your hardening off regime when moving them outside 😊
