Should I cut my losses?

I bought these surfinia petunias as plug plants, potted up in the last week of April and they have been in the greenhouse ever since. They do look pale and wan. I suspect the fault might be mine, guilty of overwatering in peat free compost that can give the appearance of being dry when deeper in the pot it is not.

Do I pot them on and hope fresh air will give them a new lease of life or cut my losses and buy some more from the garden centre before stocks run out?

    They should be fine.
    Stick with them.
    They should be out in the fresh air now..even if just during the day time.
    If chilly at night pop back in greenhouse.

    Yes I agree need to be hardened off.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    These plants are not keen on peat free compost, another plant I won’t be growing in the future.   They prefer acid soil to alkaline. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
