New Rose for front garden

Newbie question..but I would love to grow this alongside a red rose I have in the front garden...how and when can I do this.. Cambridge England

    I'm not sure what you are asking. Is that your yellow rose? Do you want to dig it up? Or is it a photo of a rose you like? Are you asking which rose it is so you can order one?

    This is in the back garden..am wondering if I can take a cutting to plant out the front
