Leaves of Victoria plum tree wilted and black

Hello,  my Victoria plum seemed to get off to a good start this spring with an amazing display of blossum.  However, the leaves have started to wilt and turn black.  I've also noticed some small orange spots and grey mold on some of the leaves.  Does anyone have an idea what type of disease this is and how best to treat it? Only one side of the tree is affected at the moment but no doubt this will spread.  Thank you.

Is it possible it's fire blight? I've been told it doesn't usually affect plum trees but signs seem very similar to what is happening here. I have a perriewinkle plant close by and that became wilted and died back but seems to be recovering after I pruned it back.

Thank you,  I've just had a look it doesn't seem to be  the same.  The mold  on my plum tree looks more like the type seen on rotten fruit.  Also, whilst the blossom seemed to thrive for some time, rather than the petals dropping off they  shrivelled up to a rusty brown colour.

I will do, thank you for your advice. Whatever is causing this has come about very suddenly,  hopefully I can stop it before it causes further damage to the tree.
