I’ve found vine weevil larvae in one of my pots.  What should I do with the soil? Could I just tip it on the garden to discard it?

    spread it out on a hard surface , driveway eg , and the birds will come and eat them

    Thank you Hostafan, but it is rather a large pot ! Left over from last year!

    Tip the soil into a tray/wheelbarrow or WHY and go thru the soil with your hands - pop any grubs iyou find into a pot and then put that out for the birds.  Spread the cleaned ( hopefully ) soil on the garden borders.
