Disease or not

I have got some oriental poppies just starting to flower. On one of the plants there seems to be some black markings. The other plants are not affected. There is nothing alive or moving so not sure what the cause is. Could it be just dirt?

    I'm just bumping this up. I used to grow oriental poppies but had to give up because they developed this new disease. I really hope yours don't have it. The leaves don't develop well and then go brown and crispy. There doesn't seem to be a cure.

    I’m sure they’ll be ok, I don’t think that’s  anything to worry about.

    Thanks for your answers, I will just keep an eye on it.  This particular one is near a rose which is healthy, not sure if that makes any difference.  If it flowers ok I will leave it alone but if it gets worse I will dig it up.
