I think the first two are Agaves.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

The first ones may be aloes. The second could be a variegated Weigela.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

What size are the leaves in the third photo? If they're small (2-3cms), could be a variegated Abelia x Grandiflora shrub.

you beat me to it Borderline, it is an Abelia "Conti" or "Confetti". I have just today managed to find what it is. It seems more popular in Europe than in the UK. Thank you that confirms it.
