Mizuna cooked...

My Mizuna seeds have been in cold frame, going well, then left lid on my cold frame today, was 20 degrees air temperature so my seedlings (had 2 true leaves on) got cooked, will they come back? I gave them a good drink and left lid propped open

We're they crispy or just wilted?

They should come back, but small seedlings [of any kind] need to be sheltered from severe heat. Cold frames and greenhouses get searingly hot, even in temps of around mid teens outside. That's why ventilation is really important.
Salad leaves of any kind do better with cooler temps and a bit of shade.  :)

So many seeds that we have sown and kept indoors because too cold. But the different salad leaves didn't like being indoors and sulked for a long time. They did get going and we planted them into the polytunnel. Ended up with a great harvest that is still doing well. Sowed some more seeds directly in the polytunnel and they are alreadly germinating. So the next crop will be around the corner...hopefully
