Pear problems

Hi, looking for some help with this pear tree. The leaves appear to have some fungus or parasite? Any ideas what it could be and a natural way to solve the problem. Thanks in advance

It's either Pear Blister Mite or Pear Rust.
Either way there are no treatments, but it's not usually a major problem
2 of my 5 pears have it so far this year.
If there are just a few leaves pick them off and put them in the household waste., but picking too many can hurt the tree and reduce the harvest.
I leave mine to get on with it. It doesn't look very nice, but isn't usually a serious problem
Just make sure they're not sort of water

PS - dispose of the fallen leaves in autumn in the HH waste/Green bin too
