Issue with my patio pear

Hello

I’ve had a patio pair for 2 years now. Each spring it starts off well, nice healthy leaves, flowers etc. Then the leaves start to turn funny and the buds that would bare fruit drop to the ground. 

Any suggestions of what I would be and how to treat it?
