Chicago chapel wind organ At least 1950s

granmagranma Posts: 1,933
When the Methodist  chapel was knocked down in the 60s .......to make way for building by the family who owned the land (admitted chapel beyond maintaining)  my parents bought the old organ.it has been in the garage since and still works.. We sadly lost my mum last year and now have the organ on our hands.
It is a shame but we don't know what to do with it .

Any ideas out their ?

The mention of Chicago means I am not sure if you are UK-based. If you are, you could try the Institute of British Organ Building, who have a list of organs available for relocation:
    https://www.ibo.co.uk/resources/pre-owned/relocation.php

At the very least, they might be able to advise.

    Thankyou,

I am in South Yorkshire .
Chicago is the name which is on the back of the organ.  I will give them a try .
