    Most perennials are fairly easy to move so why not just plant it and see what happens? If it hasn't flowered in two years it probably needs more root space than the small pot can provide.

    My lobelias don't feel furry, but I only have Starship Rose and there are many types.

    A weird foxglove, maybe?!
  • Well maybe if we get some flowers this year we will have an idea of what they are!!
    Will plant in similar position to where they were in their pot.

    @Tina Duffill I wondered if it was an Oenothera but that is as far as it goes.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Unable to say which one but flowering should hopefully help with a full ID. I think there are lots of different ones. They all seed about , some are worth growing some are considered weeds. I grow O Apricot Delight, yes it seeds alot but lovely along the edge of a path, the leaves are different long and thin.
