Help in identifying this plant

Can anyone help identify this plant please. It was already in the garden when we moved in 2 years ago but I moved it and this is the first time I've seen flower/seed heads on it. Apologies for the side ways view, can't seem to change it.

    My first thought is Libertia but it is probably wrong and too early for flowers.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    @LizaJ Sorry didn't realse you hadn't seen it flower. The seed heads are also lovely and it is evergreen too, loves to be baked.
     I grow L Peregrinans also white flowers, fantastic winter colour slow to bulk up. Also grown a darker leaved form but it didn't survive it's first winter.

    It seems happy in its current spot, will see how big it gets and move if it needs more room.

    If you do decided to move it you may find it take time to resettle. A warm spot is essential.

    That will explain why it didn't flower last year after moving it the year before.
