Help with dying loquat!

hi, please help! We have a Japanese loquat in our garden that has always been very healthy, very leafy! I will put in a bad picture of how it used to look. In the last year the number of leaves produced has massively declined and whole branches have died off. I think it’s some sort of fungal infection? It looks terrible now and I don’t think it can be saved but if anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful!!
