Help to identify a plant, please

Please can anyone tell me what this is? It has small yellow flowers in spring.

    Thought kerria was a long shot @Silver surfer  :)

    Could it possibly be one of the shrubby loniceras?  a very hungry one? 
    Lon. fragrantissima possibly?  

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
