Please help me identify bug

Hello. Does anyone know what this bug is? It's all over my clematis. Any suggestions how to get rid of it - spray with soapy water?

    Aphids.  A quick blast with a hose will knock them off , or wipe them off with your fingers.

    And stand well back … the bluetits need them to feed their families … they hoover them up around here. 😊
