@Woodgreen I think when you say 'just wandered about' that is right. Pretty flowers but not always as many as the singles and less vigour.

I would describe it as cool pink, but at least on their website they described it as rose coloured. I have just noticed that of the four G. Nodosum Silverwood I also ordered, one has a decidedly pink flower, so is probably the species, not Silverwood. Looks like I will be challenging all eight, aagh!

    That's really shonky of them.

Careless picking, I guess. Irritating as the plants are otherwise really healthy and growing well! The test is how they respond, will report back…

Is there is a particular problem with the double forms. Can other forum members keep them going I wonder?
I’ve got a summer skies still going after 10ish years.  It comes back every year and flowers well, although the clump doesn’t increase much in size.  I think its really pretty - doesn’t bother me that it doesn’t look like a geranium ….I have many others that fit that bill 🤪

@chicky Good to know that the doubles are worth growing. I have only seen Summer Skies  in Garden Centres but not in gardens.  As you say the flowers are very pretty.
