Rose rust

I have noticed small amount of rose rust on a couple of my Albertine leaves. I’ve picked them all off and burnt them. Any suggestions on how to treat this. It’s a third year rambler. I don’t really want to use rose clear but at the same time I don’t want to loose the rose as so beautiful when flowering. I have mulched a couple of weeks ago and used  vitax plant guard (organic spary).
