Honeysuckle leaf problem

Hello. My new honeysuckle plant is thriving up top. Growing very tall. The problem is at the bottom. The leaves are looking yellow and curling up a little bit. Not sure what is going on. It is in a great sunny spot and I keep it watered consistently. Any advice?

Could be it's not being watered enough, or fed enough? Honeysuckle is essentially a woodland plant so likes to have its roots in the shade and its shoots in the sun. Its roots need to be cool and moist. So you could try shading the bottom part of the plant more as well as giving it a good feed and water.
