African Violet has spots

Hello!!
My African Violet plant all of a sudden ( within a weeks time) has spots. Can anyone help identify?  I've tried googling it, but cannot find anything similar to it.

    Could the leaves have been splashed when you watered it?

    I water it at the base......Is that what it looks like when water gets on the leaves?

    It looks from the photo as if the spotted leaves are all on one half of the plant … the half facing the sun? 🤔
