I have attached an image with 4 different times for my front garden.
Due to not being able to have plants in the back garden (Having a chewy Labrador) I am wanting to build a planter the length of my front window and around 1m Wide to be able to grow fruit/vegetables/plants with my 3 Year Old Son and Daughter when she gets a little bit bigger.
The issue or problem I see arrising is the amount in which the sun will be able to reach the planter?
Does anyone have any advice or ideas about if it will work, will the plants still grow, will the amount of Sunlight be enough? Granted we are only in April, but the sun tends to rise over the front of my house and set at the back.
On the right hand side you can see Conifers (these will be removed and replaced with Fencing around the same height).
I have taken screenshots from my ring doorbell so quality may not be great.
I have a rough drawing of what my plans are, if need be I can attach those separately, but my query really just relates to have a planter on the right hand of side of the images in front of the window.

Thanks for your reply.
Where you might be able to see the membrane on the right is where I was planning on putting it, so I'd have maybe 2 sleepers onto of each other to slightly elevate it.
The window is approximately 2m Long, and I'd create it maybe 1m Wide, so it might go near or into where the grass currently is....?
The grass you can see, will also be dug up completely, and elevated, level with a retaining wall of 2 sleepers also.
