Cats

I have an ongoing battle against cats using my garden as a toilet. As all cats are chipped these days, could this include a gps and owner bank details so everytime a cat lingered beyond the owner's property there would be a charge benefitting a charity?

    Welcome to the Forum
    another £1 for me.
I'd rather the charge benefited the home owner who has to pick up the shit

I think you'd have to take that up with whoever does the chipping @charlottetyg, and I expect that would be like banging your head against a brick wall. No doubt people who have cats would object strongly to it too.
I very much doubt all cats are chipped anyway.  :/
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

That would suggest they're owned by "responsible" pet owners.
Given that they let their animals shit everywhere and kill wildlife, clearly they don't give a toss about anyone but themselves

Our cat isn't chipped, but he's not an outdoor cat. When we got him and his sister from Cats Protection they'd been badly mistreated and were extremely timid, and we were told they needed an indoor home, which is what they got.
The only wildlife they've ever killed are spiders and one mouse that was foolish enough to come into the house.

Our next-door neighbour has a 'house' cat that enjoys her garden but never strays beyond its boundaries. We love him.

Our neighbour plus one has two feral cats, that enjoy everyone else's gardens. We don't love them.
