Am really happy that it has come back..but can I plant it out now..or plant in a bigger pot..

    That’s looking nice and healthy. Is it inside or in a very protected spot?  If so I’d harden it off gently by putting it outside during the day and back where it was at night for ten days or so … then I’d plant it in the garden.

    Peonies need lots of space to develop their large root system … they’re rarely successful in a pot. 

    Be careful not to plant too deep … peonies hate that.  The tops of the roots should be only just below the surface.

    Yes. Avoid a frosty spell - though we seem to be moving away from frost now, thank Goodness - and handle it very carefully to avoid damage. The ground is better than a container. It's easier to move them before they start into growth but it will be fine. Prepare the ground first, then pop it in.

    Looking good @darren hansen 134. No reason why you can't plant that out.  :)
    Just make sure it isn't planted deeper than it was in the pot.
    You can keep them in pots for a while, but they make much better plants when in the ground. Easier to maintain them too,  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Have never brought it indoors..same pot as when first bought it (this is it's 2nd year)

    Then I’d just prepare a nice spot for it and plant it out. 😊

    It's no problem to plant anything out when it's been in a pot. Obviously, if the ground's frozen, just wait until it isn't  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
