What tree is this, and it doesnt look in good shape

Hi, do you know what tree this is, just started to flower, but only in parts. Also doesn't look in the best of health in the middle photo. Any advice would be welcome, thanks.

Could be a plum or damson, mine are flowering now. All the fungus growing would indicate rot. The previous pruning looks chaotic.
