Guys do I need a lot more brown to manure or is manure straw when I collect it enough, I have added more straw, hay and wood shavings, but after reading is just manure and straw like 27/1 and to just use that?

Don't worry. You don't need much manure to fire up the compost.

I have added 3 full bags approx 20kg each of manure/straw have added hay straw and shavings to it, my compost  heap is maybe 3 foot high by 3 foot wide, was going to add another bag plus more straw and shavings

Are the bags mostly straw with bits of manure - as in, animal bedding? Rotted manure or fresh?

it was fresh looks even maybe slightly more straw.

I'm sure the heap will be fine. Just remember it's high in manure content. It should be fine in a few months. Do you have a plan for the pile you're building.

Thb, I would maybe not worry about composting with all that manure. You could Just let the manure rot and season over some months and it will be great to use on your veggie beds on its own. I wouldn't make life more complicated.

If you want to start long term composting with garden/kitchen waste then straw and shavings will come in handy.
