Could someone please identify this bug for a friend. I think it’s a ladybird,  not sure wether it’s fully adult yet or native to this country. Possible Harlequin pupae………thanks

    It's a carpet beetle. You get plain black ones too.. Did she find it on a n inside windowsill? They try to fly out the window after they hatch. They want to get at the pollen.

    You need to deal with them. The grubs eat clothes, paper as well as carpet😒
