Is this sun damage?

This is a euonymus  or the other shrub that  I get it mixed up with. It's mature and has lived happily  in south facing garden.
I've noticed some of the leaves on the east side only  have gone pinky brown and a bit translucent  . No  pests that I  can see and all other aspects faced by plant are healthy.
Might this be sun damage on wet leaves in the morning?²

Could be. The all-yellow leaves are more susceptible than green or mixed. One of mine regularly produces a couple of all-yellow branches and they never look as healthy as the green-and-yellow, or the all-green where it's reverted.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    Thanks @Jennyj
The reverted greens always look to be in rude health. They're gone now.
I'll keep an eye on it and cut off anything that looks like it's going apink. Hopefully it's not something sinister
