How to revive my lawn?

Hi everyone, for the lawn that looks like this after winter (patchy, very dry, lots of yellow dry patches), does it need new seeds or just a feed? And if it’s a feed, could someone recommend a feed that you just sprinkle or pour around ? I have one that you need to dissolve in water and water the lawn with the water can but it’s too big so will take me too much time and effort:( any easier solutions?
