Floppy plants

I’ve just popped out and noticed that some plants (Aquilegia, Cirsium, Euphorbia) have gone floppy in places (flower stems of the Cirsium and Euphorbia).

Is this due to the frosty mornings we’ve had the past couple of nights? This is the first time they’ve flopped like this so hopefully they’re ok and will pick up once it warms up again?

    I'd guess it is related to the weather.
    It was bitterly cold here last night, but today when the sun is out it's quite warm.
    If they've gone from freezing to warm(ish) they are trying to cope as best they can - they should be fine.

    My euphorbia looked really floppy this morning too. I gave it a drink because it's in a very dry spot and it was looking happier this afternoon. Probably is just the weather.

    Yes our plants suffered last night with peony young shoots, tulips, artichokes, spinach, daffs and the flowers on the magnolias all brown  just to name a few. Went down to -3.5 but possibly lower.
