Plant Halo’s

I’ve got a few halos left over and was thinking of planting courgettes or butternut squash into them down on my allotment. Has anyone tried this with any success?

    I have tried them with squash outdoors, worked fine and made watering and feeding easier.

    I have some too that I grow tomatoes in but didn’t know that was the name.
