Tree fern

I have a tree fern that has just started to produce fronds. The problem is that one of the the fronds is in growing, the tip of the frond is stuck in the trunk! How can I release it without damage to the growth?

    I believe you were given sound advice by Loxley earlier on. It’s still very early in its growing season, be patient 😀
