I’ve just complained on the chat function and got fobbed off with ‘they will be fine’ or you can return them at you’re own expense! however held my own and said they should not be pruned this harshly or if they are they should be described as such.
upon closer inspection and a bark test two plants are actually well and truest dead 🤦🏻♀️ With photo evidence they have refunded those two!! Beggars belief 🙈

I didn't like to mention gardeningexpress just in case it wasn't them ! I have looked at reviews on Trustpilot out of interest. There are 2 companies listed, one is gardeningexpress with reasonable reviews, and gardenexpress with absolutely terrible ones. There seems to be some confusion over whether they are one and the same .
At least you have had a refund for the 2 dead ones, there's a lot to be said for photographic evidence. Fingers crossed for the remaining plants
