Saw a Hosta today at GC, too cold to check on the name but the leaves were completely cream no green what so ever .Guess it grows in deep shade but how does it photosythesize?

Is it the one called White Feather?
The leaves develop green streaks as they mature.

White Feather  starts white but soon changes. It's not a great variety
