Help! Monstera!

Hello group, my monstera has started to develop lighter green edges and patches on some leaves. I can’t seem to find any info online as to why this has occurred. The plant seemed slightly under watered the other day , is in a very nice sunny Place and has not changed place for over 2 years. If anyone would be able to suggest any advice , it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Also have just noticed a brown area on the bottom of one or two leaves…. Any help here also is most welcomed

Could be sport variegation, is it possible to get a closer pic of the browning?

brown tips to leaves is sometimes due to dry surrounding air. I notice it's near a radiator.

Hmm could be spot variegation but this all appeared at the same time which makes me think it’s not variegation. Here is a closer pic of the browning

Thanks SueAtoo, the radiator is off. The plant has been in this position for over two years with no problems. But now having these lighter patches / edges and also two leaves have died recently.

Can you see any signs of pests like spider mites? They aren’t really visible to the eye but you should be able to see reddish brown dots and white dots, both of which you can wipe off

Can’t see any pests. Have had them before so know what to look for. It seems the lighter patches have appeared on almost half the leaves. Worried they will turn yellow then brown.
