Three cornered leek spreading.

Hi. I have moved into a new property and large parts of the front garden are covered in three cornered leek. I understand this could be a potential problem as it spreads rapidly. Any ideas on how to remove the plant or at least stop the spread.
Thanks

It spreads here too ... we just keep pulling it up ... it's amongst everything, bulbs, perennials etc ... so it's constant weeding ... you can cookwith it and eat it of course, if you feel like getting your own back on it.  I use it in soups and stews etc.

A few recipes here ... http://www.carllegge.com/2014/02/three-cornered-leek-recipes/ ... loads more on t'internet ... used in some of the smartest restaurants ...https://restaurantsbrighton.co.uk/leek-pesto-recipe/

    Good luck.

@DarrenB You will have problems with thESE as some of the bulbils are so tiny the are difficult to see. Think you will have to accept that you will defeat them over time. They also grow in the roots of other plants which can be annoying. You can think you have controlled them but they reappear next spring.
