Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
I would not touch horse manure there is too many nettles in it. We had 2 loads of well rotted farmyard ( cattle ) manure delivered last November. Put both loads in the bin at the top end of the allotment and kept it well covered. I have used some on my early potatoes this last few weeks and it is the best that I have ever had. Some fellow allotment growers have it delivered November time spread it out and then dig it in straight away. By the time it comes to setting it has lost all its goodness but each to his own.

Really? The manure isn't gathered from a field. It's from stabled animals, who aren't normally fed nettles.... If you have nettles growing, it's because they've seeded into what is a nice medium for them to grow in.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
