Good morning
Do I need to start feeding this clemetis yet? I cut some clematis down and kept this one unpruned.

Feeding is normally done up until buds/flowers are formed, on the Group 2s and 3s, so it's probably a bit late now if it's a Group 2. A Group 3 would also have been pruned by now, and wouldn't be about to flower. A little bit of BF&B would do no harm though.
You can certainly add organic matter around it though, and after flowering, if it's a Group 2, you can feed then, and may get a second flush of flowers.
The early ones are different again, but it doesn't look like a montana, and isn't any of the smaller flowered early types.
