Marestail

After reading some threads left on this site about marestail I felt I had to add my small piece of knowledge which I have gained over the years that I have looked after my garden here in Ireland
I have fought with this weed(unwanted plant) for many years and only in the last year by accident may I say I have discovered the ultimate marestail weed killer
It's a mixture of roundup and weedol lawn weed killer mixed as it specifies on the label
Now I know not everyone is a fan of roundup but in moderation it has its place

I would never use it on my vegetable patch

Anyway try this if you like and see the best results ever,I am rid of horsetail now for two years and hopefully it will stay that way

Sorry for ranting on but I had to say my piece and hopefully help whoever needs rid of this menacing weed
