Insect ID sorry no pic

I've spotted several tiny white flying insects. They're pure white, flat and angular and look like a small speck of cigarette ash. They seemed particularly interested in the roses. Does anybody know what they are?
In London. Keen but lazy.

    Apparently,there's over a thousand varieties -all a nuisance😉
