  If you have an alkaline soil, l think that may be the cause.

  I use this

  but anything similar with Iron/magnesium and manganese should do the trick

  Thank you for replies, yes I do have an alkaline soil but this problem (yellowing) only seems to be on one side of the garden.

  I think a feed such as the one mentioned by @Pete.8 would definitely be worth a try

  It does seem to work.
  1 application a year in the Spring should be all that's needed, but it can be used more frequently.
  Seaweed extract would provide some of the same stuff but much less concentrated, it would still help though.
