Hi everyone one of my flower beds seem to be covered in these. Are they just weeds or will they flower? Help would be appreciated

Its one of the 'willowherbs'; dig out carefully to remove all trace.

They are weeds, they will flower, get them out before they flower or there'll be seed all over for another generation of willowherbs.

The only redeeming feature is that they're very easy to pull out  ;)
They can be annual and perennial - those are perennial. The annual looks slightly different, but flowering is the same. Just don't let any of them set seed, as @JennyJ says.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

The one with the narrower and not-so-shiny leaves is a master of disguise. It pops up amongst things like fuchsias where it goes unnoticed until it's done the deed >:)

A nightmare. Spent most of this morning digging out the "small" plants that just keep coming up in the garden and always need boundary borders....as also hairy bitter cress.
