Weed or plant?

Hi everyone

Should I be removing this from my new garden? We just moved in and I'm not sure what I should be clearing vs a lovely new spring plant?

    I think you may have two plants there.  The main one looks like a Geranium, nodosum perhaps.  The other one, the one with a leaf coming out over the path, looks like Anemone hupehensis.
